I. General
SUNWARD attaches great importance to standardization; to ensure organizational guarantee, the company has set up a technical standardization committee and established a full-time (part-time) standardization team with the members throughout the subsidiaries and business branches. In addition, the company has gradually established the enterprise standardization system consisting of technical standards, management standards and work standards based on the technical standards and has also developed its own enterprise standards while publicizing the international standards, foreign advanced standards, national standards and industry standards. At present, almost 200 technical standards have been finalized, filed by the figure and document management system, and updated by the special engineers. SUNWARD participated in the compiling work of 27 national and trade standards which include 10 national standards and 17 trade standards (4 of them is mainly complied by SUNWARD), and established its leading position in the market. Cooperated with Beijing Machinery Research Institute, SUNWARD formulated the Standard text information system, in which over 2000 standards can be inquired and loaded. SUNWARD established and improved a series of regulations, including "Enterprise technical standard system of rewards and punishment", "enterprise technology standardization management system". In view of the strategic plan, the compilation of "Regulations of design, process, and inspection" has been carried out, and the "Work of seriation, generalization, and modularization" has achieved sound effects.
